Mountain Lodge at Okemo, A Vail Resorts Property

The property was beautiful and so very comfortable.

The breakfast was very good the location was very good the whole weekend was great I went with my brother we've been going to VT for the last 8yrs and want to go back again next year and stay at the Mountain Lodge a Ludlow it was excellent!

The property was clean and well maintained. We have stayed at Mt. Lodge at Okemo before. We like that it is at the base. Ski in ski out! Only thing that I would suggest is a check-in list. Like where can we get more towels or supplies (soap, toilet paper etc.) I asked at the front desk over at Jackson Gore and they sent up more towels. Also didnt know we couldn't check in at Mt. Lodge anymore! Thanks though, we had a great time!

We came for three nights, to ski two days, and you can’t get a better location for ski in ski out at Okemo! Parts of the mountain with newer ski in ski out houses and condos still weren’t open due to lack of snow. But the mountain lodge is at the base of the clock tower and you could be out the door and on the lift in under two minutes! With that said the condos are a lil dated, but nothing horrendous (bathroom vanity was coming off wall and toilet paper holder was broke). We were a lil disappointed that we couldn’t have a fire in the fireplace as a sign was posted at the beginning of January 2022 saying they were not useable pending inspection. The bed could use a newer mattress perhaps. But the unit was spacious, living room furniture and carpet was just fine. Water pressure in the shower was excellent! Kitchen has cookware, dining ware, pots pans etc and a dishwasher. Coffee maker but bring your own coffee if you don’t want decaf. Linens were provided. We weren’t there for a five star resort. We were there to ski, and needed a place to cook our own meals and sleep. And this was perfect for just that! I’d definitely return in the future!

Location is the best for ski in & ski out.

Nice place. The kitchen utensils were a bit limited with dull knives etc but we didn’t stay there so we could spend a lot Olof time in the kitchen

Very convenient location right next to the lifts. The units are a bit dated, but pretty clean and comfortable. And a fully stocked and functional kitchen is a plus for breakfast/quick lunch.

The only thing the property has going for it is the location. When we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dishes and had not been allowed it. The coffee selection was all decaf. The carpet was dirty, not vacuumed, with popcorn kernels The shower curtain was falling off The living room TV did not work, even with four remote controls The kitchen sink did not drain

We wanted to get away for a brief ski weekend and we booked through the Okemo services at the Mountain Lodge. It is located right by the base of the mountain and the main lifts and services. Our condo is in the A building. I do not believe they should rent this unit. They have renovated the kitchen area and the bathroom but there are problems with the new spaces. The tiolet is not secured to the floor. The faucet in the kitchen sink is loose. The cabinets have drawers that won't close. Then they didnt renovate the rest of the unit and it is really tired and outdated. It does not look cared for and is really just so old it feels dirty. The hotel staff has been friendly and responsive. They are going to move us but this is really a bad start to what is supposed to be a fun weekend.
