Nous avons passés 5 nuits dans cet hôtel et pour nous TOUT était parfait. L'emplacement est exceptionnel et la vue est magnifique. C'est un vrai coin de paradis. Pour notre part (par rapport aux commentaires négatifs) le personnel a toujours été chaleureux et sympathique. Si nous avons à revenir en Guadeloupe, nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

Nous avons moins aimé, côté nourriture, le buffet du matin qui est toujours identique. Pour le buffet du soir, nous avons aimés les plats qui changent tous les jours, toutefois, à notre sens, les desserts n'étaient pas à la hauteur

Le buffet servi matin et soir horrible !!! . Très peu de choix et pas qualitatif du tout pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Très cher 30 euros pour les plats proposés.

Wir waren im Haupthaus, nicht in den Bungalows. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Hotelstrand ist sehr schön. Auch sonst ist viel geboten.

La chambre était très agréable : le bungalow cosy et les installations conformes à mes attentes.

L'organisation interne est absente voir inexistante lors de notre arrivée, il n'y avait plus rien à manger à part des pâtes ou des pizzas et plus d'une heure d'attente.La logistique est à revoir!
