Pousada Palácio de Estói - Small Luxury Hotels

Absolutely stunning hotel with very friendly service. The panorama view from the pool (and our room) was amazing. The palacio and the surrounding grounds itself well worth the visit. We got upgraded as hhonors diamond members, and a baby bed was provided as we were traveling with our 5 months old. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Parking was included. I would definitely love to come back here and can highly recommend this hotel to all travellers.

Great property, maybe a little understaffed in dining and pool area needs updated.

We stayed 3 nights at this property and loved it. The restaurant food was wonderful and staff were always helpful.

Big room and bed, private balcony with beautiful view, fantastic breakfast and service!

We arrived at midnight and found everything was perfect, they even arranged for some milk to be waiting for our grandson. Breakfasts were terrific, the staff were excellent, helpful and accomodating. The small indoor pool was a treat for our grandson but sadly the weather was not great to use the outdoor pool and its facilities. Perched high on a south facing hill, it will be amazing in the summer with breathtaking views from the pool area. The rooms were super clean, well specified. No complaints at all, Highly recommended for its facilities, finish and setting.

The scent of orange blossoms drifted up to our balcony, enhancing the charm of this enchanting hotel in a picturesque village. On my third visit, everything was perfect—the exceptional staff, the warm hospitality, and the thoughtful service. The food and beverage manager even went out of his way to find a special bottle of wine that wasn’t on the menu. I already look forward to my fourth stay.

The property was really relaxing and quiet with a lot of hidden spaces to just relax.

Beautiful place to stay. The reason for the 4 star rating is the fact there are no outlets to charge a laptop or cellphone. I found on the floor a good distance from a table or bed. This really surprised me because we live in a modern error where people use laptops and cellphones when traveling. Hotel needs to inform guests of this prior to booking. Also, the rooms are very new and modern, a complete contrast to the palace.
