O hotel é realmente um sonho, quartos grandes, camas confortáveis, piscina incrível, o staff então eram super gentis, prestativos, área verde do hotel era tudo muito lindo, fiquei encantada com toda estrutura do hotel, e tem algumas comodidades grátis no hotel, podem aproveitar e fazer kaiak ou stand up puddle, a praia a frete do hotel é super tranquila. O hotel é incrível, alguns pontos a melhorar mas nada que diminua a experiência agradável que tivemos

A limpeza nos quartos deixam um pouco a desejar, fiquei 5 noites e meus lençóis não foram trocados, a pia do banheiro não foi limpa nesse período, são coisas simples que não levam muito tempo para serem feitas. Outro ponto é sobre o café da manhã, muito fraco para um hotel 5 estrelas, pouca variedade e também pouca reposição. A localização também mas isso não é falha do hotel e sim minha ao escolher a zona, se está viajando com amigos melhor escolher outra zona, Lamai é longe de tudo, é ideal para família ou casais que queiram algo mais tranquilo e relaxante!

Le calme et le personnel très gentils

Trop loin de tout même avec scooter compter 30 à 40 min pour aller dans le nord de l’île. Chambre pas propre beaucoup d’insectes
