Outstanding the accommodation, staff the facilities

bar drinks were not great

The staff were lovely. Some info was lost in translation but they tried their best.

A swinging chair broke twice at reception both myself & my friend fell. The floor of our bed was rotting in places. The main pool has green mould on the walls. The coctails were very weak & expensive. The food & drinks took a long time to be delivered. The seating in the restaurant area (low tables) are very hard to get up from. Location of the resort was a bit more secluded than we expected.

Przepiękny obiekt na uboczu wyspy. Apartamenty z prywatnym basenem świetnie nadają się na podróże we dwoje. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Jedzenie pyszne. Ogólnie czysto.

Pięknie zaprojektowany kurort , nakierowany na wymagającego klienta . Luksusowe wille z basenem elegancko urządzone . Szef kuchni to prawdziwy mistrz - kuchnię tajską znamy od lat , ale dania w restauracji i sposób podania zasługuje na gwiazdki Michelin . Prawdziwa uczta dla zmysłów i dla oka . Świetne spa , z profesjonalną kadrą - polecamy masażystkę Phon- najlepsza !

Brak ładnej plaży . Zaraz za linią hotelu , na plaży śmieci .

Absolute gem of a hotel if you want a peaceful few days the staff were amazing and my room was the most beautiful hideaway I could have moved in

Not that I didn’t like just be aware there’s a bit of a walk to get to anything else but bolt is so quick and cheap to get anywhere it wasn’t a problem and also great for hikes and if you want a walk

Very open staff to tourists and always welcomed us with a smile

Insects, frogs and lizards, my wife was petrified but we survived

There was a staff member, Yo, who was so lovely and kind. He made the best cocktails too!

Die Villa mit dem privaten Pool war super groß und hatte sehr bequeme Betten, der Pool wurde auch jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Personal war so freundlich und hilfsbereit das hatten wir noch in keinem Hotel jemals. Danke!!!

Das Frühstück war leider für das Hotel nicht besonders gut, jeden Tag die gleiche Wurst und Käse die anscheinend nicht mal ausgetauscht wurden. Strand war wahrscheinlich Aufgrund der Jahreszeit leider nicht vorhanden nur Steine und eine steile Treppe die überhaupt nach unten führt, baden leider nicht möglich.
