Candlewood Suites Gillette by IHG

It was clean and well kept, located close to gas and food options

This was rated 10 but it was more like a five or six. The shower was very outdated and needed new everything

I had booked a room with King bed and was given a queen room and told I booked through a 3rd party and they weren't required to honor the request. The hotel was clean but prpoerty is very well beat up. 3 of the lights didnt work.I would not stay here or any other Candlewood property again.

We had a very nice 1 nite stay at this property. The bed was very comfortable, the exercise facility was nice, laundry, although we didn’t use it, was convenient, the front desk staff had our reservation paperwork on the desk, with what I assume was other incoming guests. The kitchen was handy. We would definitely stay here again. No complaints!

layout of room great. full refrigerator, dishwasher, electric 2 burner cooktop, microwave. Table and chairs. Recliner. Very comfortable bed Adequate equipment to us the kitchen.

A bit on the worn side. Quite noisy because of the refrigerator and the air conditioner

The hotel is dirty, the kitchen area there is food on the surfaces of the cabinets, the carpets are dirty, and my door did not shut properly with having to shut it by slamming against it There was no fresh-brewed coffee, and the coffee in the coffee machine was of disgusting industrial quality. The machine and the area around it were filthy.
