The location and the price

No free breakfast lol Most times I book hotels that offer complimentary breakfast but we went to Knead to Eat Cafe and It was so cute and delicious that we all loved it!

It was clean, close to the venue and staff interactions were polite.

The fridge in the room didn’t work and I thought there was breakfast included but there was not. It was expensive for one night.

"Great Place"

The hotel is beautiful and very historic. From stars to presidents all have stayed there. Our room was quite large with two queen size beds and a separate space with a desk for whatever. The whole hotel was a thing of beauty and although we didn't see any we were told that there have been sightings of the super natural.

"Filthy shower … poor elevators"

Location is good. Hotel itself has a bar/restaurant and the size of the room is decent

The shower was disgusting and filled with another persons hair! And my daughter and I were trapped in their elevator for over 20 min in between floors and no one even apologized ! I was less than impressed

"They put us above the fitness center."

It’s a gorgeous hotel with lovely staff. The room was huge and the beds comfortable. Even with all of that, I had the worst night’s sleep because our room is above the 24 hour fitness center. All night long loud clanging and banging noises. It’s wild to me that they put people in these rooms! Whatever you do, make sure you aren’t in room 312!

"I would never stay at this double tree in Utica ever again it was the worst part of the trip"

I liked how big the room was

It was dirty. Stains all over the walls. Someone else’s dirty close were behind the couch from the prior people who stayed there.
