Diamond member, stayed here both in December 2025 & January 2026. Both stays were free with points, both times erroneous charges appeared on my credit card statements. Phone calls to the hotel corrected them, but it was an unnecessary hassle. Hotel is clean & comfortable. Restaurant hours don't match the website - we ended up checking out and departing early without breakfast on our second stay because the restaurant wasn't going to open (on a weekday) until "about 9 O'clock" said the front desk clerk (web site indicates 6:30 AM). Will likely look elsewhere for our next stay in Utica...
