Hotel was great; however, some of the staff were rude, and their attention towards other guests of different races was obvious. We were treated like we were staying there for free. Some of the staff were very nice, and their attention was amazing. Unfortunately, I will have to say they need to work a lot on their people skills to make every guest feel welcomed and not like some are welcomed and others like me and my family were not.

Limited menu and dinning areas Pools were not kept clean and the floor of pool cut our feet. Didn’t provide the vip discount if 20% which was nothing compared to the 2k we sprang just on dinning with them. No room upgrade, sad

The property itself was both beautiful and extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. All the food we had was very good but there was a limited selection of choices and they were a bid slow with the food preparation. We were there during the beginning of slow season so it was nice not dealing with crowds. I would definitely recommend the Wingsong to others.
