With no doubt, the service we received from the owner at the Woolpack was simply wonderful. It's rare to find someone who cares as much for his guests these days. The Woolpack is a little gem and deserves to succeed.

"Chilham chill out "

Very pleasant welcome although we had booked a table for dinner at 7pm but were told that the kitchen closes at 5 30 on a Sunday and the bar at 7 30! The weather precluded any trip out to find another bar so we ended up in our room watching TV !

Lovely greeting on arrival. Friendly and helpful staff. Room lovely but very old. Floor creaked. Bed mad a terrible noise when turning over. Toilet not flushing away first time. Beautiful surroundings. Beautiful food...

Comfortable accommodation spoiled by poor plumbing creating noisy toilet sisterns in bedrooms. Inconsiderate guests caused sleepless nights. Great breakfast service.
