"As regular visitors the hotel never disappoints"

We have stayed at the hotel on many occasions and it never disappoints. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff are helpful and friendly. Food is good. There is good parking and the hotel is very convenient for exploring the west of Ireland as it is near main roads. Claremorris is a few minutes walk away with its eating houses, pubs, shops etc.

Nell was amazing. Couldn’t praise her any more, she was excellent in every aspect. The whole party are delighted with her service. The atmosphere was amazing, food fantastic. The bathrooms were spotless and the staff were very helpful with the children.

"Not great experience"

Ordered room service, took an hour to get to me, no cutlery with it more delay. No hairdryer in room. Poolside needs good deep cleaning bit grubby. 9am cherry picker started beeping on bank holiday Monday. Breakfast ok not great, cold and not fresh.
