"Family Reunion"

Twelve family members, all over 70 years old, were visiting Mayo from England for a reunion. We all had a great tome at McWilliam, staff were excellent & nothing was too much for them.

"Terrible service"

Rooms are perfect. Services terrible. Made us pay 70 euro for a bar extension to 1.30 am even though we were residents. No food whatsoever after 9pm. Must have spent a thousand euro in the bar all night not one glass cleared. Ordered breakfast to the room on the card but it was never collected and didn’t arrive. Lovely hotel but may as well stay in a self service

We recently attended my partner’s sister’s wedding dinner at the McWilliam and had such a lovely experience. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was beautiful, and everything was so well organised for the special day. A special mention has to go to our server, Nell, who was absolutely amazing throughout the evening. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure everyone was looked after so well.
