Bardzo głośni goście w pokojach obok..juz od 6 rano bylo słychać trzaskanie drzwi, głośne rozmowy.

The shower was great and the soaps included were lovely. The best were comfortable and the place was clean.

The room has no plug sockets near the bed to charge phones. It took 20 minutes to check with, staff at the counter needed help many times from a colleague to get me checked in. Tone wasn’t very friendly and there was very little apology for the wait. At breakfast there were plates and cups that had chips in them. The tea pots were stained. We were staying two nights and we had the do not disturb sign on the door the morning of our second day and were disturbed by cleaning staff telling us we had to be out of the room. We explained we were staying two nights and with attitude they told us ‘well you need to make sure reception are aware of this’. It was an unpleasant experience, especially as we had the do no disturb tag on the door. There were no apologies from the staff. We had three people in the room and there were not enough towels provided. We paid extra to have the additional person but the room also only had two glasses / water bottle etc so it wasn’t prepared for three people.

We had an excellent lunch at the McWilliam Restaurant. The beef was honestly some of the best we have ever tasted, everyone in our group agreed! The rest of the menu was equally impressive, with every dish thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, and they really looked after our large group of adults and children so well. Nothing was too much trouble, and the service made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A special mention to Katie for her outstanding hospitality and care throughout our visit. We would highly recommend the McWilliam Restaurant and will definitely be back again!
