Hacienda Santa Cruz

Horrible. First, they charged me almost 400 dollars for a small room. I just realized it when I left my credit car was charged. 2. The restaurant was a person who made me wait for hours and very bad actitud since mad at anytime all the time. Terrible !!!! … I believe the food was re used again. Wise than airplane food . The worse at the end they told me that the found the shower broken and wanted to charge me to repair. I couldn’t believe it !!! The manager was trying to be nice, but at the same time he was trying to blame me to play the game to get more money Becareful because if you are alone or especially if you have a credit card and a woman having vacation alone, they automatically will take money and blame you from something to steal from you. The spa was empty and the maintenance was bad. The girl with the massage was really nice . the gardens were beautiful. the cenote was dry. my recommendation to go to check the gardens during the day, and have a massage. the rest not worthy to stay.

Excelente habitaciones y restaurante

Cerró restaurantes y todo servicio por la posible llegada del huracán Berly, retiro personal de limpieza y nos dejó a la buena de Dios. No pudimos tomar ni un café.

El servicio es malo, se les perdió las llaves de nuestro cuarto No me entrego mi pasaporte a la hora del check in. Lo bueno que me acorde Había una mochila en la cama que no era de nosotras.

Esta muy bonito el lugar pero se ve que le falta personal. A partir de las 5pm cerro el restaurante de la hacienda y no nos dijeron nada al hospedarnos y nos quedamos sin cenar ya que no llegan los servios de rappi, ni uber eats.

i requested a receipt, invoice upon leaving the place..they didnt supply me with one..they said they would email me one..a week and a half later i have not received a receipt..can you (Expedia) help me obtain a receipt, invoice for my stay there?

Me gusto la experiencia

I'm a little baffled by this place. We were looking for a more relaxing vacation, so we decided to stay here instead of in the city proper. The grounds were lovely, and we had one of the three pools all to ourselves. But there were things that made it feel not worth the money. Breakfast was great, but the one dinner we had at their restaurant was the worst meal we had on our trip -- maybe on any vacation -- including the worst margarita of my life. My suspicion is that this place really shines for big events -- it'd be an amazing place to get married -- but isn't as much designed for the random traveler. In the end, for the money, I just wished we had stayed in the city.

Todo muy bien. Servicio excelente. Muy bonitas instalaciones. Lo único malo es que hubo una boda y la música estuvo a todo volumen hasta las 3 am

La propiedad está hermosa y súper bien cuidada, el personal es súper amable y servicial y la comida está deliciosa !!!
