I went to for a relaxing night away with my mate and to get in the jacuzzi but it was so many kids in the pool and jacuzzi that we wasn’t even able to get in then it closed at 10pm and the kids ran through the hotel..

Nothing...I checked out being the hot tub was not working and I called before booking this stay and Greg stated they had a hit tub but failed to tell me the jets don't work

I want a refund

nice hotel. nice staff. swimming pool was out of order (hot tub was good, though).

The price was the only part I liked about my stay

The hotel was clearly worn down. All the light fixtures in the hallways had damaged light shades on them. I did not see a single one not damaged. Our room had stains on the bed skirts, curtains and was generally dirty. We had issues with noise from the pool and when we attempted to call the front desk, we discovered the in-room phone didn't work yet it was plugged into the wall. We called on our cell phone and the front desk person on Saturday 3/23 night said, I have told them to quiet down but they won't listen. Not helpful at all. Definitely will not stay at this property ever again.

It was great!

Room was too warm, heating/cooling unit did not function properly, unit was very loud. Wanted to have fan run constant, that function did not work. Room was VERY small.

Hot tub could of been hotter, pool could of been opened like they said it was on the phone when I called prior to staying.

There was a roach in our room. It was very dirty. ☹️
