Beach Club at The Boca Raton

Probably the best hotel I ever stayed at.

Amazing hotel

I’ve been a member here for a few years now. Everytime I come to the beach I always make sure I’m being helped by Arnold. He’s kind, accommodating, and always checks up on us to see if we need ANYTHING. My experience is always ten times better when Arnold is around.

Amazing stay, redefine luxury, stunning architecture and decor, above and beyond service, private beach, world class dining.

Accompanied my spouse for a business meeting which was held at the Boca Raton. Property was a historical gem magnified by the impeccably maintained grounds and interior. Staff in all my interactions were extremely friendly and helpful. Booked a tropical fusion treatment in the luxurious Spa Palmera . Our accommodations were at the Beach Club, an ocean front property that was recently remodeled. Although it didn’t have the classic old world charm of The Boca Raton and involved a drive or water shuttle I would choose its beautiful beach location over the historical landmark. Enjoyed the variety of dining options particularly the Sand Bar and Marisol. Acqua Di Parma toiletries and lush bathrobes added a touch of luxury to our stay. Looking forward to returning!

Truly the Boca Raton Resort is exceptional in certain aspects. However, it is a “mixed bag.” I consider myself to be in above average physical shape for my age, but I did not think I would be signing up for a 5 K run! Too much walking!!! For the cost to stay here, they should have little scooters or some mode of transportation to take guests around this sprawling property! We stayed in the Yacht Club building. To go to the pool was a hike, to go to the Cloister building, another hike, etc. The property brags that there is a stocked fridge in the room at no charge, plus $100.00 day credit to use, among a few other perks. Of course, guests pay for these “perks” in their overall room rate. A FEW personnel were outstanding. Aaron, Thomas, Tullio, Carmen, and Ashlynn were exceptional employees who made the stay more enjoyable. The other personnel were mediocre, and not well trained. Other than my critique above, the room was beautifully decorated, and the view of the marina was lovely. As for value for the dollar, in my opinion, absolutely not.

Family resort

While I was with my family enjoying the pool, workers started digging holes all around where we were sitting. I am very allergic to certain bug bites so I asked them to stop. It was busy at the pool. There were many hotel guests there. I know they could have picked a different time of day than the peak hours to enjoy the pool. The pool attendant offered to call management. The landscape project manager named Tim laughed in my face. He told me he was not stopping and he was calling security. Take my advice and do not stay at the beach club. You take a risk at any of these properties actually.
