Beautiful property with amazing service

Worth the very high price The Hotel I was recently redone. I wasn’t here before but now, it’s very nice. The lobby is beautiful, rooms are very nice closet is part of the wall unit large, lighted, nice looking. Lots of room to put evrything, the bathroom is large and well equiped. I like the Nespresso machine in the room. Al to of hotels are doing this now, they don’t usually give you enough pods, this place does! . I had a nice ocean view room This is ocean view was excellent floor to ceiling windows wall to wall. I’m not a fan of a lot of electronics in some rooms, it was hard for me to turn off all the lights sat bed time, huge tv, very nice, Netflix and apps would be nice. Pools safe beautiful, more yelling kids than I had hoped for ( don’t their parents think? Although not too bad. Too many Florida hotels play loud obnoxious house music, not here. Pool service very good, restaurants her all excellent.this is The place to stay. Super expensive but it is Boca, well worth it.

It's just like jones beach with jewelry my poor gorgeous club has turned into the five towns yentas against north shore Nuevo rich from Brooklyn arguing over lounge chairs while the birds poop and fly and eat French fries from a Gavin's kids plate - this has turned into orchard beach and jones beach - I remember when this was a real club with less people - it's a great show to try to walk amount the bodies and the finally find a place to sit and then listen about every ailment in the bodies of the "members" mixes in with resort - stay in ny and get out of my nice gorgeous club- u couldn't pay me to think about bring a member - id rather go to delray public beaches with less people and tent as from hell

Had a great experience at the hotel and would visit again, but don’t waste your time at the Beach Club. While you will get a lounge chair with no problem, service for drinks or food was terrible. Each team member also has a different answer and they were not family friendly. I was also disappointed in the management.

I had a conference at the property and brought my wife along. It was our first visit to the property. I am in the Resort/Spa business and have had the pleasure of visiting many outstanding properties. My wife chose a room in the Towers. It proved to be an excellent choice. The room was outstanding with fantastic views. The teams at the Front Desk/Guest Services (Harrison/Pierre) and Top of the Tower (Connor, Mackenzie and Harrison) were outstanding. The Housekeeping team was amongst the best we have seen. I was also extremely impressed with the fitness facility and the pools. My wife is now in the process of booking the property for a family vacation. Highly recommend.

The beach attendant at the boca beach Arnold is attentive, remembers the guests by name 👍🏻always accommodating and brings the 5 star beach service to a whole other level , considerate and caring, very hard working and loves his job 💯 Always there to help and make your experience a true five-star luxury moment at the beach.

I actually went a year ago, but there was no space for that. It was close to Memorial Day not sure of the dates. We stayed 5 nights, 6 days. I went with my 12 year old granddaughter and myself. Not used to traveling alone. My daughter died my granddaughters mother, I wanted to take her away close to her death to take her mind off of it.and 8 months later my Husband died, so it was a new adventure for us to go alone. We have been going to the Boca Resort for about 20 years and enjoying every minute of it. The breakfast buffet was superb with people who worked there for 20 years and were such familiar faces. There are people who won’t go back because they took the most amazing breakfast buffet away. When we left they told us we had butler service. What a joke. I have been to hotels with butler service and as soon as you go to your room the butler introduces themself to you and asks if there is anything they can do. This hotel holds themselves out as such a fancy hotel, but we had room service for eggs in the morning because we were going to the beach and they were left in our room for 10 hours even after our room was made up. I called and called and they refused to take eggs away that were left there for 10 hours, ( real fancy and classy hotel). I called room service when we got back from dinner, we ate at every restaurant in the resort, and they said to put the dishes outside of our room. Are we at a Best western? I told them I would put these dishes in the elevator if they didn’t get them out of the room. They were there in 5 minutes. I don’t know how this hotel holds itself out to be such a fancy hotel. I’ve been to Ritz Carlton’s , St. Regis, Vanderbilts, with real butler service. I don’t know who the person is who thought they could do a better job than the previous owners, but you are so wrong. Giving free water bottles that are confiscated at the gate at the airport isn’t going to do it. Who are you? I would like to have a chat with you and see what you are trying to accomplish at your hotel because it is really lacking. We went to Principessa for dinner and my granddaughter really liked her meal, I ordered a glass of Chardonnay and it was $30.00. SERIOUSLY. If you’re going to hold yourself out as a fancy hotel then accomplish that. The staff was so untrained it was pathetic. First lesson is a well trained staff, if you can’t train them to not be jealous of guests then you have failed.
