The service the staff and facilities are excellent the hotel is beautiful we stayed at the beach but they have other resorts that are on the ground that are all individually wonderful the food and drinks are some of the finest anywhere

loud rooms- placed above the loading dock. no pool chairs all day long. staff at front desk was rude during a really difficult family emergency

"Filthy Rip Off"

Outdated, dirty, and garbage-smelling are descriptions that should not accompany ridiculously expensive. But that’s exactly how to characterize this roach motel. To add to the trauma of staying here, they also attempted to overcharge my credit card with erroneous charges that were credited upon checkout. You are guaranteed to leave angry and disappointed.

We LOVED it so much we added another night!!! We can’t wait to come back reminded us of our trip all the way to capri but this is way more accessible. Service is amazing, food is amazing and amazing room with water view.
