Beach Club at The Boca Raton

Pros: The resort is beautiful and the rooms are nicely appointed and reasonably priced at Cloister. Some of the staff are very helpful , but since 20% gratuity is already added the wait staff lacks the attention to detail. Sadelles offers a nice breakfast experience , Bartender Izzy in palm courts is fantastic, please take NOTE - this kid has the potential for upper management one day , he’s the total package with his attention to detail. Palm courts is beautiful ! Sushi place , is excellent Cons: First day we went to beach we had hard time finding someone to help us with chairs , towels , etc. I was seated next to a huge bucket of beer bottles they neglected to take for over an hour until I had to ask. Flamingos steak was extremely underwhelming . We asked for no salt or added rub, then admittedly forgot we ate it anyway because we were hungry. Mediocre piece of overpriced meat, they did try to rectify it by compensating us for a dessert. We don’t eat dessert, but nice gesture - I feel they could have done more and probably should have taken it off bill. Both service experiences at harbor side were terrible , we were overlooked both times we went there , the second time we walked out and went for sushi. Pool service very weak , they forgot my wife’s food , we cancelled the order. Young girl in gym on treadmill having loud conversation on speaker phone for whole gym to hear , after 5 minutes I had to ask employee to speak with her - absolute insane behavior - service all around needs work at this price point.”We” are your clientele for the next 30-40 years , you have to do better. I’ll spend more to go to the Breakers, service is impeccable ALWAYS

It Took 2 hours to get our food. Its Ridiculously priced for mediocre food. The lobster was chewy and not good at all. There was No water in the toilets. Would not recommend or eat here again. Beach is beautiful. Bring a packed lunch or make your own bbq.

Our stay was amazing! The room had a patio out to the pools and ocean with a view of the ocean! The amenities were outstanding along with the service. The entire property was clean and well kept! Go, you will not be disappointed.

Great experience

Just came back from a week stay with my husband and 10 month old. We had an absolute BLAST- the service, grounds, and location are sensational. We will be coming back for every Easter, and even joked about our baby getting married here :) The one piece of feedback we'd give is that the fitness center is far too small for the amount of guests. It was impossible to get a machine without a 15 minute wait. Wish there was a more state of the art fitness center available. Special shout out to Darryl at Sadelles and Darcy at the Tower pool. Impeccable service, and made us feel very well taken care of! Can't wait for next year

We loved our stay at the Boca Raton and will be coming back. Our young kids had a great time and the entire resort was very welcoming to families. The splash pad had warmer water which was perfect for the smaller kids and generally we were all entertained, fed and happy. The service is outstanding. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I paid $1000/nite for a very shabby room and subpar service. Plus, we weren’t notified that there would be construction happening on our floor… That an elevator would be closed and we would have to walk quite a distance for an elevator. When the hotel asked me for a review, I told them, in detail, about my sub par stay, they said I could call another department and talk to someone. I was asked about my stay, I answered, and THEN I have to call some other department? Zero service. I would stay at Hampton Inn before I would stay here again.

my wife and I took a long weekend starting on Thursday evening and ending on Monday at the beach club in Boca Raton. It was a tremendous location, the facilities were great and overall we just had a perfect weekend. Five star review to all parts of the visit,

The cleanness resort, friendly staff , accessible, accommodative , fast shuttle, water taxi, tasty food, great drinks , great service , good food, close to the airport, all the shops, walking distance to everywhere

I stayed for two nights in March. The property is beautiful. The service is amazing. I mean there’s nothing not to like the rooms are clean and luxurious. It’s a five star hotel all the way I would absolutely return.
