Angkor Paradise Hotel

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly, but their English might be lacking. After arriving around 9pm only, I would have liked the reception team to give me an indication of where I can get dinner if I didn't have it etc....(my flight didn't serve a drop of water, not even to purchase) eventually I walked to the bar as the restaurants seemed to be cleaned and asked if they serve food at 9pm - I chose this hotel among others that they have a few restaurant options which would be convenient for my late arrival. They said to me only room service, however when I read the hotel details in my room afterwards, it mentioned the bar lounge served food until 12 midnight. I would have much preferred to sit on the lovely deck rather than in my room to eat. The staff was very accommodating to give me an extra hour to check out for more convenience.

The hotel had nice facilities, breakfast and bar. Most of the staff was nice. Our best moment there was talking with staff at the hotel bar. Not only they were friendly and nice but also drinks they made for us were all delicious! Only negative point was wifi: too weak to use. We were glad to stay at the hotel and we will be back again if we would ever back to the area.

Breakfast was great. Pool nice. Deco nice. Last day, no soap replenishing, fewer towels, dont know why? Don't we pay right up till check out?

The air-con is a bit noisy. Staff are friendly. Location is ok but not very near to the pub street.

This is a beautiful hotel to stay when you visit Siem Reap. Extra laglrge room and bathroom. Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Excellent location for walking to shops and the restaurants. Very happy with the stay.

Staffs speak good enough English.and very helper. The room is good except the air conditioning, the temperature is not stable .

Nice hotel with good facilities and pleasant staff, except they woke me up on 2 of the 3 nights: once at 2am with room service I hadn't ordered and a 6am morning wake-up call I hadn't requested! Pool was great in the hot weather.

The staff were very helpful and as I've come to find with most Cambodians very friendly
