Angkor Paradise Hotel

It was a pleasure time in Siem Reap. We can easily access to attraction places.

Staff are nice. Hotel sheets had stains. 3 star hotel at best.

Great times Siem Reap is a must do vacation location. Flight of the Gibbons is a blast , great for overcoming any fear of heights the crew were very good at putting every one there at ease safety was number one get there and have a go. Pub St the place to be , alive with out being over the top .

And stayed in some of the finest 5 star hotels in Major cities. I have never been treated so well, by such a welcoming, courteous and overwhelming friendly, wiling to help with anything, STAFF. Every single person at any level, from housekeepers to restaurant staff, did EVERYTHING to make my stay there incredible. I hated leaving the hotel to see the ancient temples land monuments, I was so comfortable there. I wish other HIGH END hotels could model themselves after this hotel. Even though I saw and visited every temple within 3 hours drive, I wish there was something that I missed just to have an excuse to return to this fabulous hotel. Every person on the staff made you feel like a really special friend. Its a ONE-OF-A-KIND hotel. Their breakfast buffet, which is included is the FINEST in the world. AND, they change the menu daily so you don't get bored.

Didn't enjoy the sauna and swimming pool as I spent most of my stay in Siem reap out and about visiting temples.

Everyone at hotel was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to book trips, and staff were very helpful in making all the arrangements. The rooms were very spacious and luxurious and beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to those who want to visit Siem Reap.

The hotel need maintenance. The lights in the rooms are awful (too poor and not well connected with switches). Furniture are not well kept and not working well. Cupboard doors were awful and hard to push (sliding). Tables drawer found open position and cannot close. I had to put paper (gratis) to keep in upright. Corridor lights are same and too poor (looks too dark) and hardly got any AC during day time. Smelly too. Pool water looks like dark (not clean).

Pleasant stay at the hotel. Just walking distance from Old Market and Night Market. Convenience.

Stayed four nights while exploring the Angkor temples. I was picked up promptly at the airport by the hotel's driver after emailing flight details ahead of time. Staff members were highly proficient in travel English, so check-in was easy.
