"Great staff, hard beds."

Breakfasts, staff and pool were great. WiFi needs upgrading. Solar water heating needs five minutes of running bathroom tap before hot or just warm water maybe.

"Good Hotel"

Really good hotel..Good breakfast, staff helpful and friendly..Great pool but a bit fussy ...my son and his friend were told they couldn't jump or splash in the pool, which was a bit disappointing as they weren't bothering anyone - just boys having fun!!

"Comfy room and not too loud at night"

Basically it's a good hotel, but the air conditioner in room might not cold enough with such hot days! The pool is clean and nice and the breakfast is amazingly good! We didn't use the free pick-up from airport(we thought they offered either pick-up or to-airport) the staff there are friendly and nice! The price is good for a 4.5 star hotel!

"Outdated"

Tottaly different as in picture. Loud AC only 1 step was working (only full). Odd looking pool water. Wery old and dirty towels. Rundown room. Coffe is brown water.

"Great location"

Very clean hotel. Friendly & helpful staff, only 5 mins by Tuk Tuk to town centre. We used hotel based tuk tuk for all our needs, Angkor Wat, Silk Factory, even to the airport fully laden with cases. Thank you Mr Vuthang, Tuk Tuk no 5 for helping to make our stay so enjoyable.
