"Disappointing stay"

Location and airport shuttle service

Front desk personnel was courteous, but unprofessional. I specifically look for Hampton Inn when I have a need for a hotel, but this experience ended that. Poor quality in bed, bedding, and overall hotel. Felt more like I was at a roadside “motel”. I have stayed at numerous hotels over the past 4 months and have not given any of them a bad rating. Not this time though. Very disappointing.

"Great but no bag breakfast option"

Friendly staff, close to airport, free shuttle, cheaper parking than airport, comfortable. Early flight kept us from having breakfast

No breakfast option for those with early flights. We had to leave at 5:30 s.m. Perhaps offer a bag with an apple/banana and a cereal bar?

Very clean! Really helpful staff, especially reception, cleaners and shuttle bus drivers.

Would have been nice for gym to be open for use. And breakfast staff weren’t that friendly or welcoming
