"The guy who checked me in did not explain anything. He just pointedto the credit card reader without explaining the $50"

It was close to the airport.

There was some damage to the walls in my room. The lobby configuration is awkward. I was confirmed in a King room and instead I got a double room. Nothing was said at check in about the room change. Service was not good, overall it was overpriced for the room, and the very poor customer service.
