Surprise Great! I've stayed in a ton of Hamptons. Like them. Here, great HR! Everyone nice, friendly, smiley, helpful. Brightened my day. Also, towels uniquely folded, small things, but small things become big things. Feel like the people here care about you more than usual. Really like it.

Breakfast was very satisfying. It was very nice to be full before reaching the airport.

Friendly staff, very clean, and they had a great breakfast.

With it being so close to the airport, it made it hard to fall asleep with all the noise from the airplanes. But that's to be expected because of the location.

My wife, 4-year-old daughter and I booked and paid for this hotel in October for a Dec 9 stay. We were travelling from Hong Kong to Charlotte via Dallas to see family for Christmas. Before we left, we had clear emails and Booking.com confirmations that our room was secured and fully paid. When we landed in Dallas, I turned on my phone to find an email sent at 6:28pm on the day of check-in saying our booking had been cancelled. I immediately called the hotel. The staff member confirmed the cancellation but could not give a reason. He mentioned the hotel was oversold due to a cheerleading competition and, for some reason, our prepaid booking had been “bumped.” Why a family with a young child was selected is beyond me. He told me he would “do his best” to find a solution and asked me to call back when we landed in Charlotte at 11:30pm. When we called, he had already gone home—despite saying he’d be there until midnight—and the staff member on duty had no information about our situation. She told us our booking appeared not only cancelled but deleted. It also became clear the same man who said he didn’t know why it was cancelled was the one who cancelled it himself at 6:28pm. We were told the hotel was full and no assistance could be offered. At this point it was after midnight and, after 25 hours of travel with a 4-year-old, we had no choice but to drive to Hendersonville in the middle of the night to reach our final destination. This experience was completely unacceptable. We expect a full refund and ask Booking.com to investigate why a prepaid, confirmed reservation was cancelled without notice or support.
