As soon as I arrived, I felt immediately at home due to the hotel's warm and inviting atmosphere. My room was a true delight, clean and perfectly decorated. The pool was a great spot to relax and the breakfast was delicious. But what made my stay unforgettable was the staff's exceptional hospitality and it's attention to detail. They were kind, attentive an genuinely helpful which made my stay truly unforgettable. I felt taken care of. Thank you guys for making my stay so wonderful. Everything about this hotel was breathtaking. From the moment I walked in I was in awe. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. They accommodated me in every way, especially for breakfast since I am Vegan. All the receptionists were helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel.

One night here and would highly recommend. Great location in the heart of the Walled City. The pics are accurate as the place is beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful, and the food at the attached restaurant solid.

Stayed at El Marquez for a week with my wife. We were very happy with the service that was provided. Junior who worked the front of the house was fantastic, always smiling and took care of any detail that needed attending to. Armando was also an exceptional employee always ready to assist when needed. The rooms were always cleaned promptly and the pool area always kept neat. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Rooms were very quiet. Would stay there again

The hotel is architecturally gorgeous - each room has its own unique look and feel - and there are several mini living rooms for friends and families to gather. It’s also surrounded by plenty of dining options and is very, very safe. The best aspect, however, is the staff who were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel.
