Gorgeous property, with kind, if somewhat shy staff. Would definitely stay here again. Some Spanish would be helpful, as English is limited among some staff.

The building was historic and colonial (beautiful) yet the rooms are modern and luxurious. It was situated in the heart of the center, surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff was was very friendly and accommodating, making this a great option for couples or families.

We loved our stay at this hotel!! The place is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. Everyone is top notch, so kind, so friendly so helpful in everything!! We were sad to say goodbye to all of them as they became like family after staying for 9 days!! I definitely would stay here again and definitely recommend it to all .. very convenient location in the walled city. Loved, loved, loved our stay!!
