Located on one of the prettiest blocks in the city, and steps away from the beach and city tram. Annie and Steve run a beautifully decorated B&B that enhances your comfort while staying in Blackpool. They were warm and welcoming hosts, but not intrusive in any way. You leave Blackpool with a warm taste of Blackpool hospitality after a stay at the Arthington.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Only thing I would change would be breakfast time, an 8.30-9am window is early for the weekend and I would prefer a less limited time slot, an hour would be more in line with the market and lend itself to a better customer experience.

Lovely welcome from hosts and the hotel is extremely well looked after. The room we had was small but we were aware of this at the time of booking and for the price was acceptable however if we were staying longer would not have been suitable as extremely tight for two people as well as no space for suitcases and very little hanging space for clothes. On the plus side the bed is comfortable and the room and en suite spotless. Steve and Elaine are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast options are extremely good and beautifully cooked. The other rooms available at the hotel are bigger as we were allowed to see these prior to other guest arriving. We would have one of these on our next visit. Would recommend staying here without hesitation.

First time of seeing the lights, main reason for our visit. Steve and Elaine were excellent hosts. Nothing was to much trouble they were very informative about our visit. Breakfast was awsome , it really felt like home from home. Certainly recommend the Arthington quest house to anyone. Next time rooms 1&8😀 . Mr Mrs Steele.

Really cannot fault the Arthington guest house. With a tram stop approx 50 yards at the bottom of the road, it is really easy to get around the Promenade. The guest house is tastefully decorated and is more like a boutique hotel . Impeccably clean and tidy, it is clear that Steve and Elaine work tirelessly to maintain their high standards from the cosy snug bar and lounge through to the individual rooms . The breakfast choice is excellent and hearty to set you up for the day. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners, which made for a nice informal atmosphere throughout our stay. I think it would be difficult to find a better guest house in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at the Arthington very much. A very warm welcome by Steve and Elaine plus a very welcome pot of fresh coffee on arrival. A beautifully decorated bedroom, so comfortable and spotlessly clean, we couldn't fault it. Had a great breakfast the next morning too, ten out of ten all round, well done!

Wonderful hotel with lots of little homely touches , a very good breakfast with plenty of options and is taken up another level by Steve and Elaine, who are delightful and knowledgeable.
