The Arthington Guest House

Second time staying with Elaine and Steve, the lovely friendly couple that own this guest house. Just as good as the first time. Warm welcome upon arrival with a lovely pot of tea and cake. The whole guest house is immaculately clean , very stylish and modern. Breakfast was lovely, full English served hot and good quality ingredient's used, it was nice to have decent sausages that you can actually eat and not cheap inedible rubbish ones which a lot of b&bs and hotels serve up which I refuse to eat !! Also at breakfast you can help yourself to cereals, freshly prepared fresh fruit, fruit juices and yoghurt's from the fridge. Hope to be back soon , thank you Elaine and Steve for a lovely stay.

We had an amazing time at the Arthington. Steve and Elaine were fantastic hosts. Breakfasts were to die for.the bedrooms were spotlessly clean. Ever detail had been thought if and provided. Will def be back and would recommend to anyone.

Everything amazing from start to finish Only downside was maybe room was too hot but was not told how to regulate But a very minor detail in what was an amazing stay

Great location. Option of secure private parking for a little cost. Street parking outside. Hosts! Steve was very informative about the area and events. They had a very good priced bar, free well stocked sweets! Comfort and the breakfast was georgeous! Loved everything we will definitely be back!

We only stayed one night and on arrival we were pleasantly greeted by our hosts who made us feel very welcome we were offered drinks and they made sure we were aware of everything that we needed to know about our stay and what was going on out and about. Our room was small but value for money it was very clean and very modern can't fault them on anything apart from the noise from boiler all night however ear plugs were provided which was very thoughtful. Breakfast was great we had multiple choice of fruit ,cerials , right through to fish and full English, so what everyour preference you were catered for. Next time we are in bBlackpool we most definitely book up here again and I will say again that our hosts were brilliant. Keep up the good work.

A superb 4 star hotel offering great value for money. The proprietors cant do enough for you and the hotel is spotless and tastefully decorated throughout. The cooked to order breakfast menu is extensive and leaves you spoilt for choice.

We were in the small double room, although it says small there was adequate room and the en-suite was lovely. The place was spotlessly clean and the hot breakfast cooked to order was excellent. Parking could have been an issue but the day we arrived we got a space and left the car where it was because at the end of the road there was a tram stop - St Chads - so we didn't need it again until we left. The only slight downer for me was the bed was a little too soft I much prefer a firmer bed but that is a personal preference. All in all a lovely short break and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

We recently had a fantastic weekend at The Arthington, Steve & Elaine were very welcoming, friendly people and the hotel was brilliant, everything Blackpool has to offer within a 10-15 min walk, or if you prefer the tram stop is 200m down the road. The hotel itself is clean, very comfortable and the breakfast is sublime, definitely recommend The Arthington to anyone.

The owner was very welcoming. The room was immaculate.The breakfast was excellent.The accommodation was a welcome retreat after spending a busy day out in Blackpool.
