Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Blackpool!!

Can't fault my stay. Elaine and Steve were both welcoming and excellent hosts. Lovely room, excellent breakfast choices and the location all made for a lovely stay. Will definitely make a point of booking here again when I return to Blackpool.

Lovely clean hotel in a very good location. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms are very clean and a good size. Would definitely recommend if staying in Blackpool.

Hotel is located within walking distance of all seafront attractions yet is not noisy . Owners could not have been more helpful . Hotel itself is immaculate and full of quirky character . Breakfast was also very good . Street parking is limited but the hotel has it's own car park that is secure and can be booked at a small extra cost . Overal this hotel exceeded my expectations .

Useful reasonablely priced car park. We appreciated the cup of coffee and cake on arrival.The breakfasts were superb with a choice which could not be rivalled by a 4 star hotel. The landlord/landlady were very pleasant and helpful Excellent short break

Great stay, if only for 1 night. Friendly and helpful owners, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and the choice for breakfast was great. Will definitely return!

Room was gorgeous, everyone was wonderfully friendly, great breakfast selection. We had a perfect time.

Everything was perfect but the shower was cold in the morning. I'm sure the friendly staff would have made every effort to resolve, but I didn't have time and had to leave without taking a shower unfortunately.

Great hosts, made us feel very welcome, rooms are very clean and the location is perfect! Would highly recommend, nothing bad to say at all!
