Property Notes

Due to the size of the elevator, the hotel does not offer room suitable for wheelchair users. Please note that there is a dress code for the Bay View Restaurant which is smart/smart casual. No ripped denim or sportswear is allowed. More casual dining alternatives are also available. Please note, the spa and golf course can become very busy and guests are asked to book any spa treatments or tee times in advance in order to avoid disappointment. The outdoor pool is closed between 1st October & 30th April yearly.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool: Closed from Thu, Oct 1, 2026 until Fri, Apr 30, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

"lovely relaxing stay, staff were helpful and made us feel welcome"

Room - Clean and comfortable Food - expensive, and I had ceaser salad for example but so covered with Maya couldnt eat it. Other food was well presented and menu had good range of options Also kids eat lunch free was nice touch Breakfast - great service and room. Liked chef was serving breakfast and lots of choice Entertainment - good - pianist

Some meals were overpriced and not well presented (Ceaser salad for example)

"Schönes Hotel in bester Lage mit gutem Wellnessbereich und Sportmöglichkeiten."

Schöne Aussicht über die Bucht, praktisches Zimmer. Schöner Eingangsbereich und Restaurants, großzügige Parkplätze. Am ersten Tag sehr leckeres Essen.

Heizung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert, bei Wind war es im Zimmer zugig, da durch die Öffnung der Klimaanlage kalte Luft von außen ins Zimmer gelangt. Im Aussenpool war das Wasser nicht sauber. Viele Kellner, die sich untereinander nicht absprachen.
