"Another good short stay at the towns best Hotel."

Enjoyed spending time with friends in the outside seating area on Tuesday afternoon. Good service at Breakfast, Tracey’s friendly and professional approach is always welcome.

The lock on Room 302 is a little worn and sticks. There is no additional security lock on this door which opens directly onto the courtyard/seating area.

There was all the extras in the room that you may have needed Breakfast offered a good choice Had one evening meal which was good

A twin bedded room had been booked but a king size was available instead. This could have been very inconvenient but we managed, We also had three other standard double rooms. There were problems with the water supply to the en-suite rooms in the extended building. This was apparently an issue with West Berkshire.. water company? The flow of water was poor and cold , (13th, 14th June)

"Prima overnachtingsplek als je op doorreis bent"

Prima verblijf. Het is meer een hotel dan een Inn. Voor het slapen is dat prima, qua sfeer is het wat zakelijker. Leuk dorpje, vanuit het hotel kun je meteen het dorpje in wandelen en verder langs het water.

"Relaxing and perfect few days"

All of it. Great room with very comfortable bed. Great shower and bath. Dinner excellent. The menu has plenty of gluten free meals which is very rare. Great staff, all very jolly and helpful. Terrific location with easy access to all facilities
