"Very Good"

The kitchen served great meals. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

The room was very hot due to the Inn being unable to install air conditioning or awnings or reflective film to counter the heat.

Hungerford is lovely town The staff were polite Good value

Very hot room..like 30 degrees...and no air. Its a heat trap. To their credit they gave us a fan..which was not very effective

"Great hotel but terrible nights sleep due to broken mattress"

The hotel is really nice, great staff (especially the one who checked us in and found us the extra fan - life saver) and good location

Mattress had broken springs so was very uncomfortable and both woke up with bad backs. When we told them in the morning got a great that’s awesome thanks, we can get that looked at. No sorry, and we had to pay £7.60 for 2 lattes, would have expected to be like sorry for the mattress, we’ll look at it and these are on us or something.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room although very warm due to the exceptional weather.

First breakfast appeared to be just one member of staff on duty. He coped very well but we felt for him, having to rush everywhere and keep the buffet restocked. No hotel parking but nearby train station is very convenient and especially simple if you have the relevant parking app
