Its in a great location 👍 the staff very helpful 👍 room was very spacious the outside shower was cool. 3 pools to choose from. Lovely idea was afternoon tea at 4 pm. Breakfast very nice.. The lagoon and all the trees and palm trees 🌴 was beautiful.

Nothing to dislike

Great location and quiet considering the “strip” was a 5 minute walk.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and the shower went cold very quickly.

Todo, la habitación súper cómoda, camas grandes y cómodas, terraza, baño con plato de ducha gigante y café, agua e infusiones gratuitas. Hasta las 17h de la tarde todos los días en la zona de la piscina daban un piscolabis, de agradecer. El buffet maravilloso, tenía de todo y un montón e opciones frescas y calientes. Y si hablamos de la ubicación, para nosotros, súper.

Nada, lo único (crítica para todos los hoteles) que proporcionarán mata mosquitos en algún formato…por mucho que tengas cuidado entran

Its lovely, its surrounding is beautiful and you have a lagoon around you. 3 pools. The staff had an afternoon tea every day which was a very nice touch. All the staff were extremely helpful. We booked for 4 day and stayed an extra 5 nights. The location is only minutes away from beach.

Nothing to dislike.

Amazing property. Nice location. Quiet but super central.

Stuff seams fake smiling often. They smiled in your face and turned around with another - felt sometimes uncomfortable. They controlled the rooms that you didn’t steal anything in the room and let you wait like a prisoner. We felt sooo uncomfortable and like to be controlled not being wrong. Wtf? Never happened in any hotel doesn’t matter in the world. And we travel all over the continents.

Hoe de accommodatie is ingericht, de natuur is mooi.

Ik vond dat de accommodatie mooi was, maar de kamers slecht/zeer slecht onderhouden. Ondanks dat ze net een jaar gerenoveerd zijn, worden ze niet goed onderhouden en zijn de badkamers vies. Beddengoed hadden vlekken. En het Personeel liegt. Ik had 1 paraplu gekregen in de camera bij uitchecken werd er gezegd dat ze 2 paraplu’s niet konden vinden. Ik vertelde hun dat ik er maar 1 had en dat die in de badkamer lag, omdat die nat was. Ze konden hem niet vinden. Ik moest toen voor 2 paraplu’s 600 bhat betalen. Het gaan niet om het geld, maar ik voel me genaaid. Ze zijn niet betrouwbaar en willen extra geld verdienen op je. De locatie was wel weer prima. Dicht bij het strand en aan de oan nang straat. Het restaurant bevindt zich op de tweede etage die alleen met een trap te betreden is. Als je oud bent of een kinderwagen hebt dan heb je een uitdaging. Het restaurant is open en geen airco dus lekker warm en je wordt kapot gebeten door muggen. Uitzicht is dan wel weer mooi.
