The bowling was awesome rooms a Bit old but comfy

From the beginning this hotel gave a unpleasant experience.No one to welcome us or to bring our luggage inside.I had to visit reception to ask my luggage to be brought inside.shame part is hotel demanded tip call ing me as 'baiya' sterotyping all south asians as indians. We stayed in a family room.Beds are rock hard and furniture and floor carpets are worn out.Saff lacks hospitality in all aspects.Although breakfast had good spread there is no southasian menu. Hotel is flooded with russians.The only good part is the pool .

We uograded to a front sea facing room & it was amazing to wake up to the beautiful view. The hotel had so much such a bowling ally snooker room two pool areas. Again ciuld do with a few more sunbeds but overall the hotel is really nice.

The hotel is very clean and area safe. Ocean view the best rooms.

It was a luxury hotel. My friend and I have a relaxing vacation there. The beach is right in front of the hotel.

Too much noise from other guests. A big group of Indian people had arrived that were making too much noise. The hotel staff should enforce hotel rules for the comfort of other guests

Liked- Room good size, hotel gardens beautiful! Location right at start Jomtiem beach, perfect pick up and drop off spot for baht bus! Staff were lovely, pool fabulous (though couldn't get a sunbed!) Disliked · Sadly (for us) this hotel appears to cater pretty much exclusively for the Russian tourist, with a few Thai/Asian tourists thrown in....We were possibly the only English speaking tourists at the time of our stay, and we missed the opportunity for breakfast exchanges with others where u can swap tips etc...it was Impossible to get a sunbed, we were constantly trampled over exiting and entering lifts, breakfast room, going through doors etc.....just a different culture and mindset which is not the fault of the hotel, but we would probably not return ...

We booked a deluxe room which turned out to be on 14th floor. However the corridor on 14th floor was old and dated. Also the room, even though an attempt had been made to modernise it, was old and dated too along with the bathroom which was in dire need of a refurbishment. You may notice when booking rooms on travel websites that they look modern and updated but these rooms are only on certain floors and when we asked to change to a refurbished room we were told it would be another 1000 baht per night! The rooms and corridors are very noisy. You can hear people in the next room talking, flushing the toilet and using the shower. We found two different makes of small size beer bottles and two small different makes of water in the fridge. Evidently we found out when we checked out that this was ‘the mini bar!’ We had used one of the small bottles of water and was charged 45 baht! There is no sign to indicate that these items are chargeable. However you do get two complimentary glass bottles of water per day. Sunbeds are hard to find even at 9:00 am. The gym equipment is very poor. Breakfast had the usual buffet but gets very same same every day.

Nice to be on beach and nice pool on beach. Rooms were decent but the building has seen better days.

The refurbished room was excellent , very clean and housekeeping very good . Not enough sunbeds around the pool and people reserving them at 5am in the morning do that was frustrating - breakfast was fine and good length of service time 6am - 10am
