The pool was good and staff were friendly.

Hotel is clean and most of the staff are great. But, it is a large property and it is a long walk from room to front of Hotel. And, WiFi service was intermittent

We stop here and don’t book ask for a sea front and we got one. The room was great with a big deep bath and a large bed . The staff were grandly and price was cheap . Large choice for breakfast. Just 2min from the beach and the sea front would stay again

This is a very busy hotel. Very very large. I had a nice room but overpriced in for what you get. Internet connection is terrible. The shower was very dirty with stains and i had a cockroach in this room. They have a very nice garden with swimming pool but if you wanted a sunbed, you needed to get up at 6 in the morning. One frontdesk personal was very rude to me. The breakfast was very minimum and looked more like a student mensa. Overal not a hotel i recommend if you look for quietness and efficiency .

Very good Hotel conveniently located near the beach and the best part of Jomtien. Service and staff was amazing and the pool is a beautful design and lights up nicely in the evening. Breakfast is a great offering and the rooms are great as well. The issue I had ( same as the other big hotels ) is the lack of avalability of pool chairs. Guest come earlyin the morning and put towels on the pool chairs and dont retun until later in the day. So people arriving after 8:00am cannot use the pool. So we stayed there a few days but were unable to use this amazing pool. I would suggest maybe a reservation charge or a houly charge. I heard other guests who who had the same issue as well. That being said the overal value is so good that we will return 100% and bring additional guests with us.

I booked a OCEAN VIEW room for three nights in July. Room I selected was two queen beds for my wife, myself and my son (14). Got a room at the back of the property, were you could technically see the ocean if you kind of leaned out a little you could see it, 300-400 meters away. The check in is listed as NOON on the website and when we arrived at 12:30, we were told that check in is 2pm, even when we showed our reservation listing noon as the time, and showed them their own website still listed noon as check in, they didn’t care. We were placed in the rear tower of the resort because the front tower is reserved for tour buses of people that come for a day and more to the next stop the next. Room was three single beds harder than rock, a/c that barely works and a TV that would work for a little, then not work for another day or so. Pool was nice. Beach is awesome. Staff semi rude to full on “fire this one now” rude. Stayed here three years ago and it was 5 stars. Not that way anymore. Will NOT be choosing this place ever again.
