Booked for location. Everything as expected. Property dated but clean and no problems

The rooms were dated for sure, but relatively clean, although I had to have the maid sweep the room floor again, and even after that still found hair and other dirt on the floor that prompted me to change rooms. The second room was smaller so there were no customer retention incentives were offered for the poor quality such as room upgrades or discounted room rates. The room was smaller which was disappointing and would be the limiting factor probably should I have a chance to return to the area as I would not feel I would be compensated should the room not be up to par as expected. The Hotel Grounds were, however, very nice, well maintained, and manicured landscapes were very relaxing. The surrounding area was a bit limited though. Although the Night Market was about a 10-15min walk away, it was about all that was in the area worth the walk. I think I would rate this property just above the halfway mark due to the lack of care in giving two rooms that were not cleaned well and ended up with a smaller room that I had to sleep in while the dirty floor was still an issue. however, I'm sure this was not a regular issue and may have just been my bad luck at the time.

Lovely pool area, no internet in my room on 10th floor which was very disappointing. Bus loads of Chinese constantly coming and going. Had booked in for 5 nights only stayed 2 as wasn’t happy with having to go to reception to get connections.plus couldn’t sleep with the noise. On a positive close to many restaurants etc.

Nice big rooms. Great swimming pool and location. A little tired but still good. Disappointed restaurant not open for lunch or dinner

Lobby AC not working. Very poor breakfast. Rude Front Desk staff. In room: fridge didn’t work, list 10 pens of insulin. Bathroom mold & mildew. Flees in the room. Linens and towels soiled. All 6 rooms had same condition. Need full refund. Complained upon check In but management refused. Expedia was ignorant in the situation from day one.

When I look at pictures before I book ,it looks amazing ,but it was so disappointed when we were actually there ! There were lots of buds and ants in our room and outdated bathroom and the room itself needs facelift ! Breakfast limited choice and not so good !
