Liked the pool but loud music at banquit

This is probably one of the BIGGEST hotels I’ve ever stayed, with two massive tower blocks. The Good: two swimming pools, one at the front of the hotel which gets very crowded, but is really nice. The other pool is hidden away and you will need to find it! There’s a bowling alley, shop, gym, Indian restaurant and big lobby area. The location is right across from the beach and near to lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. The Observed: The hotel is very popular with Russian holiday makers, who, maybe due to my own East European heritage I have no issues with, but it did feel at times like being in a “mini Moscow”. The Bad: Some of the hotel staff are surly and downright rude, not all of them. The fat lady with glasses working in the bowling alley definitely needs to go on a customer service course ASAP! She was so rude, we just walked out of the bowling alley as I couldn’t stand her stinking attitude. The cleanliness need more work,it was dusty when i got to my room. The front staffs and housekeeping with towels and laundry was very good ,friendliness. It need to staff more toilet paper. We experience noise above our room so it was not as quiet at night.

The hotel is okay, but the customers are mostly russians, chineses and disgusting indier. At breakfast buffet you see children playing with the food and their parents don't do anything. Also some russians take a lot of food and put in their bags and take away! For me is this not a pleasant experience! You live in hotel and want a quiet and harmless time NOT together with streaming and shouting people. My advice is: CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL.

Excellent situation,opposite the beach, very good breakfast, nice room, but carpets on the floors are used and dirty . A little bit too many noisy people from China an after all from India. Pool too small, not enough chairs. Excellent room service.

We stayed in a triple room. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. The hotel is right next to the beach and within walking distance to the night market. There are plenty of local eateries around the hotel as well. Bowling facility is available in the hotel but is not cheap. The only criticism is the room is not sound proofed. Noise from next door at late night can be disturbing. Air conditioning has pretty loud noise when turned on, which does not help with sleep quality.

Not bad for the price, but nothing special

This is a very old hotel and needs to be remodeled. They are now working on the lobby. As I booked a family room with my son being 14 years of age he required his own room key. 3 adults in the room and only 2 keys issued. The reception staff were not very accommodating and very blunt about it. You should consider staying somewhere else

Have been going here regularly for the last three years. Pool is still good. Good quality breakfast. Friendly staff.
