Western Slope Suites

Very understaffed. Front desk agent & 1 housekeeper working very diligently. About 15 or so rooms were not ready by 8:30pm when I arrived. Had to wait 2 hours before settling into room. I think this was an exception but can’t be sure. Bed great. Room & kitchenette great. Convenient off highway.

Room was comfortable and clean.

The best thing about this hotel was the receptionist who went above and beyond to help. When we got there, our fridge was not working and they had no other available rooms for what we booked- even though we had reserved 3 weeks in advance. The manager then suggested we use his office fridge- even though we were traveling with a small child, and would need to use it constantly. The whole reason we got this hotel was because they had kitchens, and to not be told beforehand of the situation was very sneaky and manipulative. The receptionist ended up cleaning another room for us, and she was sympathetic and very helpful. The room though clean was very outdated and didn't have a good feeling. There was no breakfast and no direct access to the river. I would recommend staying away from this place!

Not your typical hotel room! Room came with fridge/freezer/hob/microwave + enough kitchen equipment including bowls/plates& cutlery. Plentiful toiletries & towels, bed was extremely comfortable. Looking forward to staying in another Western suites hotel! Room was clean and

They changed our room from our paid for king to a queen not adjusting price. No ice machine on property. No vending machine on the property . The internet didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work in fact it wasn’t even plugged in. Dirty floors from the time we walked in. The room was pretty clean and that is the only nice thing to say.

No continental breakfast. TV did not work called desk she had me reset cable box 20 minutes later still not working called desk again no answer for 20 minutes went down to desk found sign stating she is unavailable for a while. Still waiting!

it was a pleasure to stay there at a way affordable price too. will stay again

Very comfortable bed ! Very clean room and had a kitchen too! Great price!

Great property. Very clean and quite. You can tell it is getting a bit older, but they have done a good job keeping it in good shape.

Yhe check in was quick and convenient, the room was quite, clean and the temperature was kept right were i like it
