Night clerk very efficient!

I was traveling solo on a road trip. The room was clean, seemed very safe, and the customer service was top notch. Very friendly.

Hotel is in a safe area, fully equipped room, bed was a bit hard for me

Horrible stay… Had room paid for in advance, upon arriving the girl at desk couldn’t get the digital system working to process my card for incidentals! So we stood there for about 1 hour while she talked with someone about not having good enough wifi to do anything. So if you need wifi don’t stay here because there’s none! Then we got up to room and there was NO towels, no blankets on beds, no trash bags! Immediately called desk… NO answer went down to lobby the strange staff member was hiding in back room. You could see her reflection and as you called her she would stop and hold still trying to hide… then move as you called her she once again held still… managed to get ahold of the bell that she moved back away from counter and rang it loudly then she came out all upset! Told her and she reluctantly gave me towels!!! Staff can’t communicate and poorly managed! Horrible service from any view point.

Staff there was not supported. Not enought staff, front dest, housekeeping. Front dest was friendly but inexperienced. Long periods where front desk was not open. Room had pet urine stains, no coffee. Not what I thought I was paying for.

Very clean, nice rooms set up with a kitchen, and nice people working there. Very reasonable rates for sure. We stayed there on our way west to Grand Mesa, which has a scenic byway that starts about 20 miles west of Parachute and heads south. Beautiful area!

Check in was quick. Room was clean, bed was soft with plenty of pillows. Bathroom was clean, toilet was one of the lower ones. Little kitchen was clean, only used the fridge and coffee pot-no issues. Would stay again.

I didn’t like that the is nobody at the front counter. When arrival front desk was close and had to call to get check in. Then our room was out of toilet paper and we went to the front counter. Still close with nobody there.

Comfortable bed, cute rooms, nice decor but our refrigerator isn't working.

I am traveling cross country, need a full fridge for cold packs and food. They had a nice pot on the stove, dishes, dish washing liquid. More equpped than many places that offer kitchenette. I forgot mustard, the clerk gave me a new bottle to use. I just used a little and gave it back. But I thought that was very considerate.
