No soap in bathroom, noisy fan

Location was good for accessing the beach and town.

We decided not to return for the second night of our booked stay for a number of reasons as follows: * people waiting outside to gain entry when we arrived, had been unable to contact hotel staff. Someone came to the door (appeared inebriated and unkempt), allowed entry to other party and us but was not welcoming at all. The lounge did not smell fresh and appeared unclean. * the room was very dated and needs some issues rectifying, furniture falling apart and not cleaned properly (I.e. coffee spill marks down bedside table, debris on carpet, crack in the sink, curtain hooks missing) * shower was scalding hot and water dribbled out , unable to adjust temperature - a health hazard * no bath mat provided and no one available to ask for one * self service breakfast area was dirty and some sauces were out of date (1.9.25). Glass jugs of juice were dirty on the inside of the glass, no food labels on cereals. Dirty paper serviette folded on table under cutlery. * ordered breakfast appeared reheated not freshly cooked * breakfast room was not clean, dead flies, spiders & cobwebs on window sills, carpet not vacuumed This is not a full list of all issues. Photos have been taken as evidence if needed. We were unable to speak to anyone about these issues at the property as no one could be found after breakfast had been served. Extremely disappointed with the service and horrified at the general state of the hotel.

Don't know about pets. Parking was good. Really dated hotel. Big tear in seat of sofa in entrance. Room was dirty. Didn't make hot drink as kettle had mould in bottom of it. Only saw owner when we booked in.

Location was fine

Certain parts of the room were dirty, in drawers and behind the headboard was very dirty, cobwebs going from curtains to light, we removed 2 spiders

Took a long time to check in. I called and waited for too long for someone to let me in.

Nothing, there was no one at the hotel so I couldn't check in

Hotel was locked, not answering the telephone. Absolutely disgusting. Do not touch this place!

do not book this hotel it os closed, we arrived and could not access the hotel, they did not notyfy us they did not answer the phones and they did not answer the door when we arrived, absolute disgrace.avoid avoid avoid

Well we booked in and paid but once we saw how dirty the room was we asked for our money back . This was refused and finally agreed via hotels.com . The money has never been paid
