Position of hotel. Off main road parking

Very dirty bathroom and shower, dusty bedroom, only hovered once in 5 days and still there was dust balls around the edges of the room, the bed was never made once, towels left in the shower were nor changed on 3rd day this inspite of paying a compulsory £2.50 per person per day on arrival for cleaning and £2.50 per person per stay for towl chang. No ' in case of fire' instructions in room. Other than last day breakfast was served Luke warm and ofter with the wrong items on the plate. The carpets throughout the hotel were dirty and worn. One member of staff who seem to have several jobs was very scruffily dressed and had bad body odour.
