I have stayed in two different apartments there, both were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they made you feel important. The nearby restaurant was also very handy. It was very welcoming and thoughtful to receive a cold glass of pineapple juice on arrival at check-in, especially if you have spent many hours travelling.

The pool ladder was a bit tricky to balance on as the steps flexed back and forth, could be a slipping hazard.
