Extremely disgusting place. The stairs had mold and we had to wait an hour for the reception person to find the right key and we had to look for a different place to stay the night.

"First time there and the last."

Staff very friendly. No hand towels,shower was cold, tea/coffee although good make they were undrinkable absolutely disgusting. Lift didn’t work staff said it will fixed in a few days,looking at previous reviews the lift has been out of action since August last year. Breakfast offered on the website, kitchen being refurbished. Bed lovely and comfortable. Requires updating. Vanity light did not work cover fell off. Noisy guests walking around.

Good value for a basic room that did the job for a short stay.

We had a family room and some of the beds were fine but one of them was very uncomfortable. To get to our room we had to walk through a function space which had a birthday party going on in it. We didn't really mind but it was probably annoying for them.
