"A good spot to lay your head when visiting Bournemouth."

Great location. Walking distance into town,seafront and Christmas Market. Our room was very clean and warm and our beds were comfortable. Quick check in. The man who checked us in and out was friendly. Exceptional value at £26 for a night ( he said I’d been given the wrong price- lucky me). We would stay again.

It was literally a room for the night. The rest of the hotel seemed very ‘shut down’. The lift wasn’t working which wasn’t a problem for us but for people with bigger suitcases it might be a struggle.

Hotel was clean and in a good location for our trip.

Not sure what was wrong with the tea/coffee but it was undrinkable. No towels were in the room and we were made to feel like it was a hassle when we asked for them. Bit of a bad attitude from the staff who brought them to the room. Bar was shut, no lift. Customer service is not that good here.

Access

Alarm being set off in the middle of the night and shouting and banging going on for 15 minutes. Milks for tea/coffee didn't taste nice Cold shower!
