When we arrived there wasn’t anyone there to check us in so we had to wait when we got into the room there was a leak so we had to move rooms and they put us in a room with 2 single beds and one bed was higher than the other and we couldn’t get the shower to work on hot water and when we checked out there was no staff there either

Rang the bell and called reception multiple times on arrival as reception was not manned. Noone on reception when checking out so just left the key. Only one flat pillow each and no extras available.
