Nos quedamos en una de las habitaciones de la isla. Estaba lleno de ratones, no se podía salir a la terraza. Lo peor es que todo el personal estaba al tanto del problema. Deberían tener clausaradas esas habitaciones hasta no tener solucionado el probema.

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The service at this stunning hotel is the first thing that strikes you in, plentiful, courteous and ever eager to please. The rooms are stunning, modern well designed and spacious. Our rooms had a view out to Table Mountain, spectacular. The public areas have a special view over Table Mountain through huge windows from the cocktail lounge. The swimming pool is beautiful and complemented by excellent poolside service. Breakfast is lovely, endless choice, great service in a great setting. We were impressed to see the hotel General Manager welcoming guests one morning, a nice touch. A minor check in issue was quickly corrected, a test of a great operation.

Our stay was wonderful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Ms. Noshile at ROOI was outstanding—extremely friendly and highly competent in every matter. ROOI and NOBU are Great Restaurants. Highly recommend! Great Location to all Highlights!
