Location

Exorbitant delay during check out. Need to improve the check out procedure. Still practising the old method. It took one hour for us to complete the check out procedures.

"A 5-star price for a mediocre treatment"

The property was brilliant...The rooms were extremely spacious and a beautiful place to relax.

The staff were not responsive. We had to call the reception 4 times for them to give us a wifi password. We had to beg for all the basic amenities like the dental and shaving kits, iron, slippers, coffee packets, etc.Paying almost 80,000 for two days, We surely didn't expect such treatment. Overall, not value for money but a good property.
