Their breakfast which they gave has a compliment seems a bit good nothing else is good. Even the staff behaviour is not pleasing

It's not at all worth for the money. Very poor quality rooms and they charge 9k per day which is utterly waste. Even a normal hotel will have more quality than this. We r totally disappointed ☹️. They have so many extra facilities but they do charge for every single games. Even they charge for gym. Paying 9k per day and not using other facilities seems to be rediculous. Not upto the mark.

I had utter disappointment while staying in this property, during my stay there were multiple power cuts , staff had a very casual approach and no where they were customer centric, food was below average , location was good . Management needs to focus on training staff , shall never stay in this property. Overall experience was pathetic.

Very friendly and helpful staff; location

The bathroom consistently smelled damp and not fresh. It was also very small- more like a 2 star hostel, nowhere close to a 4 star property. The pictures of the room on booking.com were a tad misleading- Will send a more informative note and pics later.

Location and facilities. Spacious rooms. The rooms can easily accommodate 3 adults. Buffet spread was good it covered both local and international cuisine.

Maintenance. The rooms need to be maintained. There was water leakage from the ceiling in our toilet above the w/c. The property offers some exciting adventure activities which are charged separately. Excursion packages are also charged at a premium.
