Very well maintained, beautiful and serene property

Very peaceful, situated in the hills in the forest with lots of trees - and a coffee plantation although we didn't have time to visit that. Lovely walkways around the estate, and the offer of golf buggy to transport less mobile people to their accommodation (referred to as cottages but actually small apartment blocks). Being on the balcony was like being in a treehouse! Kitchenette contains basic equipment, useful to have dining table and lounge area. We only sampled the a la carte restaurant but the food was good, and breakfast there (served at the table) included lots of fresh fruits. The hotel has solar panels and has won awards for its approach to environmentally friendly practices. Worth knowing that the hills are much cooler than other parts of India so warm clothing needed especially in the restaurant at night!

The only pool we saw (though there is another one) was quite dark, and closed even at 4pm due to having no lifeguard. The briefing on timings and restaurants (there are 3 in all) was very inadequate - we asked the receptionist 3 times to clarify/repeat as her English was unclear, and she rattled off her introduction as she walked up the path to take us to our room, slightly ahead of us, so we could not make out everything she was saying. At no point did she tell us that our breakfast included in the package was to be taken in a particular restaurant, so on checkout we were asked to pay for the a la carte one. This charge was waived, after a bit of negotiation, when we queried it. All the information in the room, and the menu in the restaurant, required using QR codes - a fiddle reading on phones, especially in the restaurant to scroll back and forth. Some of the staff have less command of clear English than others. The high ceilings of the traditional wooden roof made the restaurant noisy, especially with muzak playing a bit too loudly.

Great location & property

We were made to juggle between rooms two times until we got a proper room minus all the loud maintenance activity noise from an adjacent room. Though we were supposed to check in at 2pm, because of these issues we could finally check in at 3:30pm. Restaurant food quality was very average!!!

Kids will have a lot of activates to do and they will enjoy the most.

There is nothing to like , they are looting people showing fake videos and photos on the internet.

Great Location Courteous Staff Clean Room. We stayed in Studio. (Studios have all kind of utensils 🙂) Small Sit out.

For people who need a good WiFi, the speed was slow, although the network was strong in the room.
